What makes this an enjoyable movie to watch is that it has an almost frantic pace. This causes the viewer to get caught up in all of the action and almost forgot that they are watching a movie. The plot of this movie is quite intriguing. It’s based around two federal agents who are racing to neutralize a terrorist threat before it’s too late. Jonathan Rhys Meyers plays one of these agents. His character is the more inexperienced of the two. However, while he hasn’t had as much experience in the field, he is eager to prove that he’s capable of handling a lot of responsibility. The other agent is played by John Travolta. He’s the senior agent of the two, and the one Meyers’ character looks to for guidance. However, while Travolta’s character has a lot of experience under his belt, that doesn’t mean that his approach or actions are predictable.

The reason that many critics feel the beginning of this film is significantly lacking is because it seems downright silly. Fortunately, once the movie reaches its middle, the actors (specifically Travolta) seem to start taking things more seriously and the movie becomes a real action packed thriller.

Hammer issued her ultimatum after the actor became belligerent when United Airlines staff refused to allow him to board a plane flying from New York to Los Angeles because he was drunk. He had been seen chugging vodkas at 7 in the morning in the airline’s VIP lounge. He’s been banned from flying on United Airlines due to belligerent and disruptive behavior.

Let’s hope Hammer’s threat will do the actor, who’s already been in rehab three times, some good. This has been proven in sales of the steady increase in product sales if celebrities endorse their products. For instance if Lindsey Lohan promoted something it may not sell as well as if Morgan Freeman tried selling it.

Jonathan played the character Joe in the movie Bend it like Beckham which was a next to lead role who ended up the boyfriend of the lead character. He then played a role in the movie I’ll Sleep When I’m Dead which a comedy was made in 2003. A Showtime TV show was the Lion in Winter where Jonathan played the role of King Phillip the 2nd. Being a fair skinned dark haired lad he plays the part of a bad guy very well in Mission Impossible 3. Jonathan did win a few awards for best actor in the Elvis Presley movie which he played Elvis. Not only did he receive a Golden Globe for his efforts but he also was awarded a Satellite award. This year in 2010 we will see him in the movie called From Paris With Love which is going to be a real block buster.
